Parry & Angie were both adopted by Christian families off the reserve at a very young age. They grew up going to church and knowing about God, but a downward spiral started for Parry when his adopted mother died of cancer. He turned to drugs and alcohol, and his life soon became unmanageable. After they married, the death of their daughter helped to bring them back to God.
