A few years after giving their lives to the Lord, Gilbert & Laura Bekkatla moved to Alberta to attend Key-Way-Tin Bible Institute. Learning more about the Bible and becoming equipped for ministry, they joined NCEM in 1988 to serve in Tadoule Lake, Manitoba. Now located in Prince Albert, SK, they have worked in Denesuline language Bible translation, and are involved in prison ministry and Bible camp. Laura also works as a bookkeeper in the NCEM Office.
