There was conflict in her community when Connie came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior in 2001. It was a big issue because they thought she was following a whiteman's religion. Craig Smith says, I don't believe that the Lord wants to destroy any culture. I believe He wants to come to enhance it.
