Fruits of Repentance (Barry McColman)
Second part of this series. For many years Barry McColman was doing what everybody else did: like drinking, partying, smoking and using drugs -- he thought it was normal. But the Word of God brought conviction, and brought about a 180 degree turn. This repentance and change also led to his involvement in summer missions, and he tells us what he learned. Barry defines repentance as moving away from the things that God despises. Since his conversion to Christ, Barry has a desire to know God more. He studies theology by correspondence and works as a carpenter at the same time. In 2008 summer missions took him to Norway House (MB) to minister to children and adults. He said it was a good learning experience. He learned more about himself and Gods way of dealing with people in various situations. Music: Alaska Christian College Choir, Singing Hills
