Bill emphasizes that in order to understand Gods truth in the Bible, we have to be born again. The Spirit of God enables us to understand the truth and live by it. Katie Ward was raised in a Christian home, but she didnt start to walk with God until the Holy Spirit convicted her of her sin at a youth conference at Edmonton.
