Her father died of cancer when she was very young, and it often made her think about what happens to a person when they die. The example of her parents prepared Theresa to seek the Lord. She eventually came to know the Lord through the 100 Huntley Street TV ministry. Since then she has been involved in inner city outreach and teaching Sunday School. God has given her a deep love and concern for others.
